Scope of Work
Avalon provides website design, development, and related digital services as outlined in the agreed package or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests
- Approve designs and revisions within the project timeline
Delays in responses may extend delivery timelines.
Revisions
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the selected plan. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.
Payments
- All upfront fees are due before project work begins
- Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Ownership
Upon full payment:
- Clients own the final website deliverables
- Avalon retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing
Hosting & Third-Party Tools
Avalon is not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or plugins.
No Guarantees
Avalon does not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Termination
Either party may terminate services. Completed work up to the termination date remains billable.
Liability
Avalon is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services or client-provided content.
